At 71, this video is helping me step up my training for my 8th NYC Marathon this year. What's helped me stumble through my 41 marathons is "the miracle isn't that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start." Thanks for the inspiration.

I think you captured what it's really like to run a marathon. All those ups and downs, thoughts that you are not going to make it, a random stranger cheering you on and give you energy from out of nowhere to keep going. Most importantly you being able to beat your mind telling you that you can't do this by just doing it.

I ran the 2022 NYC marathon this year and wanted to do sub 4 hours. Came in at 5 hours, 3 minutes. Hardest, best, more grutleing and supportive event I've taken part in. Thanks for telling the story like you do Casey, love the videos always
