Chef Andrea Accordi together with Anchalee Ponrungsit of the Four Seasons in Bangkok accompany us to discover the original Thai recipe and then move on to an authentic Italian crossover with seafood bigoli, "Venetian noodles". Not only Thai food is otherworldly in Thailand but also international food. The quality and competition of the local food pushes the other up to insane levels. Truly a place to eat

I watched 3 minutes without subtitles on accident, and my stupid brain tricked itself into believing that i totally understand what is being said. I was like nodding along and shit. Im a special kind of idiot.

That’s a very fancy plate of Pad Thai! I love cooking them from time to time and im glad to see that’s my recipe isn’t too far off from theirs ❤ The sauce definitely makes or break the recipe so make your tamarind paste from scratch! And another important thing is to use garlic chives and not green onion!! As a Thai person studying abroad, it’s so difficult to find a restaurant that cook it well.

Bellissima ricetta e paese, grazie mille. Purtroppo qui in Normandia si trova raramente lo zenzero, allora il tamarindo... 😂😅😊
