Look ya already know what’s going down right lol Ya already know what the dealio is right lol because if you don’t then girl why are you even here! We are preparing FOR WAR 😈

WAR with our fat …. Yup lol gear tf up! It’s time to blow this stomach out of the water 💜 I need this fat GONE like Yesterday LOL so the plan …….. do you really want to know?

THE PLAN is to keep doing what I’m doing lol

1. Workout 2 times a day!
-morning 15mins to 30mins (mainly walking or yoga)
-night 15 to 30mins (mainly weights)

2. Drink a fruit smoothie every day! (Break your fast with the smoothie)

3. Drink lots of water (as much as you can)

4. Stop eating dinner after 6pm (if the sun is down so is your metabolism) 

5. Eat clean ( eat mainly protein with little carbs and lots of fiber. Ensure to get in your greens every day)

6. Intermediate fasting ( 16/8)

7. Snack on only fruits and nuts if you are hungry

8. Try not to eat half of your food for dinner ( get as much as you want on the plate but put half away for tomorrow)

9. No alcohol ( sorry but alcohol and weight loss don’t mix honey 🍯)

10. Pray to God ( ask God to be with you in this hard time and to help you stay diligent and goal driven)
