  • I just ate 3 bananas , 1 cup curd , 1 glass milk if iam not able to take curd . It works well , u need to wait for one month to see noticible changes . I gained 8 kg in 3 months .

Banana breakfast and lunch 2 daily Curd after lunch daily Eat rice more... Potatoes... Eat...fry chips parataa ... Dates... 5dates in morning or evening Milk and milk. Shake..... morning or evening.... Toned milk....

    I gained 5 kg ....not a big deal but it made me happy and of course I saw changes in my body.. from 35 to 40 kg. My diet includes : 1. Banana milkshake 2. Dry fruits 3. Regular Chocolate or dark chocolate 4. Increased my eating size n quantity Ex . I used to eat 1 chapati o made it 2 1 bowl of rice , now it's 1 and half bowl I'm now slowly moving to 2 bowls HUGE TIP : 1. eat home made and healthy food 2. Increase your meals slowly , like i mentioned earlier... Like the 1st week drink milkshake and add dry fruits 2nd week increase ur meal size and add chocolate thank you 💞
  • I am 60 yrs old and have never reached 90 lbs as yet in my life. I am vegeterian. I eat good meals. I see many people put on weight during covid. I did not put on even one ounce. I have been trying to gain some weight but cannot do so in the last three years. I quit now. Just living happily. Thank you for your video. Best wishes. Have a good life everyone.
