🚨 Recipe 🚨
Ingredients:

1 head of cabbage
6 slices thick-cut bacon or more :)
1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 orange bell pepper (thinly sliced)
1 red onion (thinly sliced)
4-6 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
5-6 springs of thyme, stripped and sliced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp where's your sister sauce lol (Worcestershire)

Preparation:

-Slice and wash cabbage, set aside.
-start bacon in cold pot to render fat once crisp add onions.
-once onion start to turn translucent, add peppers.
-season with kitchen besties to help sweat veggies and deglaze fond.
-cook a few min until peppers begin to soften; add garlic, thyme and pepper flakes.
-cook for 1min or until garlic becomes fragrant, add Worcestershire and stir.
-add cabbage and carefully stir to combine; cover with lid.
-cook covered on med-low heat 15-30 min, stirring occasionally.
-Serve with my honey butter cornbread and your favorite protein and enjoy :)

    If you want it even better, just let it cook on low heat until it turns brown, and no water is left It will bring out the sweetness of the cabbage being that it's a leaf, and has natural sugars
