  • @CoolWorldsLab
Thanks for having me on Lex, and for such a deep and thoughtful discussion.
  • @kennylo2163
Every time at night when I let a video play on without paying attention, this damn interview is always the next to play in que. Wtf.
  • @robbujold7711
They are both so articulate and thoughtful, but also both so good at having a back and forth conversation. It was a compelling watch.
  • I’m so proud of humanity that 4.6M brilliant people have watched this podcast! 🥰
  • This is how I relax in the face of possibly terminal illness. Knowing people like these two beautiful humans exist and are trying their best to keep an eye on the ball… just gives me an almost religious sense of hope for the future… in the face of a very uncertain future, that’s truly a gift. I aim to repay that gift in any way I can, big or small, to my very last breath. If you’re reading this in the future, my fellow archaeologists of the weird and wonderful, then know that I love you. Whoever and whatever you are.

OMG! Prof Kipping! I watch "Cool Worlds Lab" for years now and I'm beyond happy that he could spare some time for Lex and us. Thank you so much!
  • @Gayathri-qt1bn
Bring him back more. He's amazing. So engaging. More engaging than watching a movie.❤
  • I’m so happy I found this!!! I owe Lex so much. He has enriched my life
  • I am 56 yr old, and these podcast blow my mind. When I was in school, there was no way possible to hear conversations like these. A basic science class with a average educated teacher was not really stimulating. Lex gets extremely fascinating people on the cutting edge everything you could imagine and probably never imagined. I kind of sad that missed out conversation like these.
  • It's easy, I see Lex Fridman + aliens, I play click. Nearly 4 hours of podcasting, count me in!
  • Easily the most comprehensive and interesting astrophysicist I’ve heard on any podcast. Well done.
  • @m.g.6081
David Kipping is a very good example of intelligent life as a creation of the universe. I really wish more people were as kind and smart as him
  • @B-RaDD
A 4-hour podcast to get through the weekend..... Lex lex lex what a savior
  • @DarthLetalis
I can't put into words how excited I am to listen to this. Cool Worlds and Lex together at last.
  • @randywatson2103
I watch/listen to a huge amount of podcasts and youtube in general. This is my all time favourite. Thanks Lex for introducing me to David and cool worlds..truly fantastic
  • @andrewofaiur
One of the greatest collabs ever. Cool Worlds is hands down one of the best space content on youtube.
  • @karlpk3907
David Kipping is not just a charismatic youtube star, but a great scientist who truly understands what science is about, and whose career arc is going to be amazing, and who will change our understanding of astrophysics and planetary phenomena. Pretty much guaranteed.
  • I've been following David Kipping's work for several years and he's quite simply one of the finest science communicators to ever exist. I really enjoyed this free-from conversation with you two - wonderful!
  • What a pleasure this was in so many ways, that our society can support the best amongst us to specialise in and work on a multitude of frontier research topics like this, and that we have the technology to freely disseminate their knowledge for all to learn from and enjoy. Got to love the era we live in. Thanks, Lex. ❤
