I am wearing my "Screaming for Vengeance" t-shirt right now (7/17/22) as I write this on the 40th anniversary date of SFV release. I am 55 years old. What a fun summer of '82 cranking up SFV up almost every day!! What a great summer my fellow neighborhood Priest fans and I had! The stereo speakers never worked so hard!! PRIEST, PRIEST!, PRIEST!! I will be rockin' until I drop....

haven't listened to this entire album since high school 30 years ago. Ty for this. Brought back some memories of a highschool friend that died in a fire in December 2022. We used to chill to this a lot. I believe this tonight is my first realization that "oldness" is now here and more and more "memories" are going to start disappearing more frequently. Message to anyone young and reading this: cherish your youth, it goes by so fast.

I cut out of high school, we went to a record shop and i bought this lp with my weekly lunch money, we took it my house, cranked up the 1000 watt marantz high fi rattled the windows. Ahhh the good ole 80s.....\m/ \m/

The first time I hear this album, in the 1987, and I was 15 years old, and here I am 46 years old, I am still can listen this Judas Priest sound, wowww, it feels deep in my subconcious mind. Yeahh,,,, Rock On !!!

I'm listening to this at work and my colleagues are looking at me with puzzled expression as I've started banging my head furiosly as soon as Riding on the Wind has started playing. Still one of my favourite songs after 34 years

I wore out 2 of these cassettes as a teenage 80's metal head. I'm still loving this today and FOREVER!!! Rock on people of Earth :)

This is the master piece of music. Give this out as a stocking stuffer. Just give it to one person that you care about. We have to keep "Screaming" and " Defenders" alive and well

God 82 was such a good year for metal! Both this and The Number of the Beast came out.

I saw The Priest first American tour, at what was called catch a rising star concert in 77 or 78 and Paramount Theater in Portland Oregon, now called the Snitz, when Halford came out on that Harley in that small venue I could smell the gas and oil fumes, it changed my life. The 2 lead guitar attack, the high notes....Lord have mercy!
