My right ear felt left out in this video
-
I missed the part where they add the crack
-
They need to bring the old shows back on food network. I’m tiered of the reality crap
-
I've experimented at home with cooking french fries in beef tallow, various vegetable oils, and lard. The ones fried in tallow or lard taste the best, by far. Similarly, I've made popcorn with canola oil, soybean oil, and coconut oil (the traditional popcorn oil, until the health nuts claimed it was unhealthy, and movie theatres realized that vegetable oils were cheaper). I found that popcorn tastes and smells best when it's popped in coconut oil.

these fries are only good when there hot.once they go cold.they are very bad tasting.and whatever you do,never microwave them to reheat.
-
All this technology and you still get served cold fries
-
They missed the part where they add up to 17 ingredients in the potatoes 🙃
-
My left ear enjoyed the commentary
-
I missed the part where they add preservatives so the fries never get old.

grandpa worked in a mcD in the 60s (before indoor stores) and said they got whole potato in at the store...then poured into a vertical peeler drum with a sandpaper like rotating disc...then washed into a sink, then hand cut with manual cutter, one potato at time, the cut fries washed in 3 sinks, then blanched, put into fridge overnight until needed for final fry.....he said he made tartar sauce from scratch as well...lot of work ...

I know they are bad for you, but they are sooo damn GOOD!!!!! I remember one day growing up I didn't have a lunch ready for school. At 11:30 my Dad showed up with McDonalds. He had a buttload of 🍟 🍟 🍟 🍟 🍟 fries as well as a Qtr.Pounder w/cheese. It was ironic how many "FRIENDS" I had that

Ingredients: Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (canola Oil, Corn Oil, Soybean Oil, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Natural Beef Flavor [wheat And Milk Derivatives]*), Dextrose, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate (maintain Color), Salt. *natural Beef Flavor Contains Hydrolyzed Wheat And Hydrolyzed Milk As Starting Ingredients. Now where did it show all that .......

It must smell amazing after the fries are fried!
-
They left out the part where they add the beef flavouring. Originally, McDonald's fries were fried in beef tallow, which gave them their great flavour. When McDonald's switched to vegetable oil (which is allegedly healthier, and definitely cheaper than beef tallow), they had to add flavouring to mimic the taste of beef tallow.

I live near a French fry plant called Cavendish Farms where they ship them across Canada and make the French fries for Burger King restaurants on PEI and Atlantic Canada (they used to make fries for Wendy’s restaurants on PEI and Atlantic Canada, but Wendy’s decided to change their fries and went with another plant).

What I find is amazing is I am a manager at McDonald's and I can tell you that the box says it has five ingredients in it

No one searched this video.

I like a little bit of salt on my fries , but sometimes they're too salty & it makes me sick , thanks for showing us how they make McDonald's fries , that's pretty cool !!! 👍😋🍟

This makes me feel better about eating McDonald’s fries

TBH I wasn't expecting to see that their fries are 100% potato. They certainly don't taste that way.
