Beautiful! The 10 days between the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement parallel the 10 plagues in Exodus, before God’s people were set free…Jubilee!! 🎉 The 7 Trumpets begin to be blown on the Feast of Trumpets, and these 10 days represent the 10 days of plagues, and also that time of unparalleled distress that will come on the whole world before Jesus comes and sets us free! It also represents the 10 days of persecution in Revelation 2:10: “Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for 10 DAYS. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you life as your victor’s crown.” It is a solemn day, where we remember and accept what the High Priest, Ram, and Sacrificed Goat provided for us. Atonement was made FOR us. But there is also a goat that represents a bloodless atonement for those who reject Jesus’ sacrifice, and choose to “atone” for themselves—who will wander in the burning wasteland, enduring an excruciatingly slow, miserable, painful, thirsty death, as they “pay” for their own sin. The 10 days will not be easy for God’s people—true believers, but at the end of the unparalleled distress, comes the Day of Atonement. For those who accept Jesus’ sacrifice made FOR them, on a Jubilee year, the LAST trumpet will be blown, and we will all be set free!! 🎉 “…have the trumpet sounded everywhere on the 10th day of the 7th month; on the Day of Atonement sound the trumpet throughout your land. Consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you…” 🎉 (Leviticus 25:9,10) The Day of Atonement kind of parallels Passover and “Good Friday”. Thank you So much! Come LORD Jesus!!

When Christ died on the Cross the veil which separated the Holy of Holies from the rest of the inner sanctuary was rent from top to bottom. This symbolizes the New Covenant where all have access to God the Father by praying through his Son, Jesus Christ. We’re no longer dependent on Priests of any kind (except Jesus) to pray to God the Father. AMEN !! 🙏🏻
