The Iranians never threaten to withhold weapons from Hamas if they don't "show restraint". They don't say "your weapons come with restrictions". They don't condition their support on providing food and medicine to the Israeli people. They don't tell the Houthis or Hezbollah to take the well-being of Israeli civilians into account. It's only our administration that does these things - tying the hands of our allies while emboldening our enemies.

Why isn’t Egypt responsible for protecting those innocent civilians? They have a gate on southern Gaza adjacent to Rafah. Instead Israel is supposed to protect the people whose government they are at war with. Makes no sense!

So, the US should not have gone into Berlin in 1945, due to fear of civilian casualties? Like the Germans, the Gaza citizens voted in their government officials. I'm not saying civilians should be targets however they created the atmosphere that exists now.
