With a mixture of fresh and frozen veggies you can adapt it to work whatever the season and know you'll always get great results. Some people are so lovely and quick to make negative judgements. This is a quick take on a rush meal which if you have just a bit of imagination you can swap other vegetables in or out according to taste.

“You can get fresh lasagna sheets in all the supermarkets” No, you can’t, I live about 10 minutes away from 5 different supermarkets and I’ve never seen any of them sell those types of lasagna sheets
