    I'm from another country, but your cooking is the best. I'm desperate to be healthy, but I think eating is important. Both of my parents had dementia, so I quit my job and took care of them. Last year, they both passed away after 3 months. It was stressful. My parents passed away, and my body and my heart ached a lot. I got a brain aneurysm on my head and two brain aneurysms. I even had hypothyroidism, so I suddenly gained 15kg. I have to diet. Anxiety disorder Panic disorder I still suffer from insomnia. It's been a year since my parents died, but I'm still in treatment, but it hasn't been long since I started again. I started YouTube, took a walk, and traveled because I had the courage to share and communicate. Now I want to be healthy. I hope everyone watching this video is healthy. Take care of your health first.

    This is how you get people to eat more vegetarian foods - by making dishes that taste nice so they become part of the regular meal rotation. Trying to guilt people into doing it doesn't work.

    I was brought up when meat was still an expensive thing we had one a week, like a classic roast. My mother was an excellent veggie-cook and until today, the base of all my meals are veggies.
