I have always said that most cooks do not know how to cook vegetables. It is so good to watch someone who is brilliant with them.

I am a vegan. I tried the spinach omlette with olive oil, buckwheat and little bit of flour adding spinach in it. Turned out brilliant. Absolutely loved it. Thanks to Jamie for bringing this delicious and nutritious yet simple dish.

Jamie Oliver has changed how we cook TREMENDOUSLY. We usually cook several of his recipes a week and LOVE it.
  • I made the coconut milk squash rice and butter bean Orka stew. Didn't have kombucha squash so substituted butternut. Couldn't find Scotch bonnet peppers so used Habanero instead. Used tomatoes that were starting to go bad instead of cherry. It was so good that someone I'm caring for even liked it.

  • Brilliant Jamie! So simple ........and the color! Oh my goodness! You rock. Love these pancakes. 25 years to learn not to peel.......who cares ! You were doing great things. Parsnip chips? Who knew? Yum! BONKERS is good. Scotch Bonnet=apricot? Cool. Coconut cream has become my new best friend! Sorry.....NO okra. Used Brussels sprouts. Great bean choice!
