I’m a runner. You shouldn’t heal strike when you run or jog. A mile like that over and over can cause back pain and pain in other areas. Train to put your body weight a little more ahead of you and your mid-foot should hit the ground pretty much directly underneath your head from a side profile. If you already run, this will change everything. If you don’t run, this might make it more enjoyable.

I feel like these would be a nice option for plane travel or just like needing to go outside quickly and being $20 is pretty nice. I can’t see myself using them for like long distance running or just going out for the day.

I finally received mine a few days ago after 3 months of waiting . I can’t really complain at the price they’re at , they look cool, are comfortable and are functional . Maybe you’ll get unlucky and get a size that doesn’t work for you but in general if you have any interest in having them they shouldn’t be a major disappointment from your expectations.
