Finally a vegan mousse without avocado!!
  • @riaolive4742
I made this and I made this again and again. The texture is incredible, the ingredients are inexpensive. I just want to let you know that I am serving this at my diplomats seated dinners for dessert. Letting everyone know that it's vegan. So I am helping friendship between countries, but also the animals. That's it. I'm buying the e-book now. You're just incredible.

"Whisk together the sugar and aquafaba." Me: "Dammit, what the hell is aquafaba?! Can I buy it in stores?? Is it expensive??" "It is basically the cooking liquid of chickpeas. You can strain it from a normal can of chickpeas." Me: "Ohhhh! :D"
  • Omg 😍 without soy or avocado! (Things I can't eat cause of allergies) you are amazing

I made this today. I whisked it by hand. It took FOREVER. Lol but it worked and I think it will be worth it. I can't wait until tomorrow so I can eat it!!!

I made this yesterday and it's delish!!! I added blueberry for topping to have a balance with the chocolate flavor. I made aquafaba myself cause I made hummus :) the only thing it's that I poured the chocolate while it was still hot and I think it should be room tempertare or a bit cooler. Other than that it came very smooth. Love it.
  • Ok, ya'll. I could not find canned chick peas with no salt added, but I had some of my go-to brand on hand and it didn't taste all that salty, so I gave it a whirl. I used 72% dark, and all of my measurements were guestimated. But...most amazing chocolatey heaven I ever did taste.
