Bun Thit Nuong | Vietnamese Grilled Pork & Noodles | Easy & Delicious 🤤

Recipe:
1 lb thinly sliced pork (shoulder/butt, but any kind of cut is fine)
1 tbsp minced shallot
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced lemongrass
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pack (14oz) of vermicelli noodles (you can use any size small, medium, large)
2 tbsp Cooking oil

Served with the following: (you can substitute with any vegetables and herbs that you like 😀)
Lettuce
cucumbers
Mint leaves

Garnish with Peanuts
Eggrolls (optional, but highly recommend)
Chili pepper (optional)

Direction:
Step 1
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and marinate for 1 hour.

Step 2
Cook on Medium-High Heat and Sear 3-5 mins until slightly charred.

Step 3
Cooking the vermicelli noodles. You can use any noodle size (small, medium, large). Just follow the package cooking instructions. The cooking time will vary depending on brand & size of the noodle.
