In this video let me show you how to make soft and delicious Turkish Bread.

Turkish Bread | Bazlama | Turkish Flat Bread | Quick and Easy Turkish Bread How to make Turkish Bread | Traditional Turkish Bread

Ingredients

Flour 500 G
Yeast 2 Tablespoon
Warm water 150 ml
Milk (room temperature) 150 ml
Salt to taste
Olive oil 3 tablespoon
Chilli flakes & Parsley in melted butter for brushing.

Cooking Method.

Whisk flour with salt
Add yeast to warm water , then add this and milk to the Flour ,
knead until all the liquid absorbed .
Add olive oil and knead until smooth dough forms (around 10 minutes).
Form the dough into a ball, cover with Olive oil and set aside in warm place for 1 hour or the dough fully raised.
When the dough is ready , cut it into 6 and roll each piece into a ball.
Roll out each flatbread and place on a preheated pan on medium to high heat.
Cook for 5 -7 minutes (2.5-3 minutes on each side).
When you flip each flatbread, it should rice up nicely , soft n yum.
Brush each hot flatbread with parsley and chilli flakes stirred in Melted butter or Olive Oil.
Enjoy.

    hi! good job. i’m turkish. we call this bread as ‘bazlama’ and we don’t prefer to season it with dried parsley. it can be thyme, oregano and olive oil. of course butter too.

    When I was stationed in Turkey I got hooked on their food. Dipping the bread in butter was the bomb. So many other dishes. Back home and the two so called Turkish restaurants here aren’t very good. I sometimes travel to Hamburg for product training and always stay at a certain hotel because it is near shopping and restaurants and street food vendors. But especially a Turkish restaurant that is great. I always gain weight there.
