I don’t get the unnecessary mainstream hate for this album, Kanye expresses himself in a catchy and creative way as he almost always does with every album release; the difference in “ye” is he isn’t afraid to let his raw, emotional thoughts run wild and consume this album. I would give this album an 8.5/10, any lower would be disrespectful to an album that is only consist of 7 songs, yet can fully capture a listener like previous Kanye projects.

“don’t do no yoga, don’t do pilates, just play piano and stick to karate” woah
  • This the best song ever. It is a man expressing how having a daughter changed his life.

Damn it’s crazy that he’s really writing a song to his daughter 10 years in the future.
  • @CertifiedAmen
Men dont see women the same after having daughter...
  • @hoopsx2695
Kanye is an amazing role model if you just focus on his good moments

I relate to thus album hard on a level to Kendrick Lamar DAMN. DAMN and Ye showing us the human. Not the rapper

The college dropout, The new workout plan: “You gotta do Pilates.” Ye, Violent Crimes: “Don’t do Pilates.” The new workout plan, a song mostly about Kanye sexualizing women and one of the workouts being Pilates. Violent crimes, he informs his daughter to not do Pilates because of how it can be used to sexualize her. I’m not sure if this was intended, but it’s a great line to compare Kanye before and after becoming a father.
  • I get chills every time I hear this. I’ll never forget finding out my best friend had overdosed and my girlfriend came over to tell me and then we listened to this song and I was due a few days after he passed and my fiancé and I weren’t getting along at the time and my girl and I just sat in my car as I was pregnant with my little girl and we just cried together. Now my friend is pregnant and her and her fiancé aren’t getting along atm either and I just sent her this song. She’s lost like 5 babies and has one healthy 17 year old boy, and so she’s so scared of what is going to happen now. Everyone send prayers for my girl Kat man I’m telling you this song changed how I raised my daughter and made me realize just how powerful music is. Thank you, Kanye, for doing what you do best. Helping us get through the shit times and let God be the glory for doing the same to you. There is always beauty in the breakdown, but there is sunshine waiting for you to open the curtains.

Man this song hits hard. Hits hard having a daughter myself. This man's music got me through tough times. Every generation has its special talent and to me kanye is it. Misunderstood. Unapologetic for being himself. No denying God put him on this earth to create and give music to the masses, though he gives so much more. One of my all time fav kanye songs.
  • @Sepantamessi
This song gives me goosebumps every single time I listen... truly a masterpiece of chord production in the intro and cadence of flow from all artists

  • @Cat_In_A_Sink
This album isn’t anything crazy but then just randomly got two of the greatest Kanye songs ever made
  • I want a Daughter like Nicki, that's so beautiful, I love how they respect each other, Nicki's has stay with Kanye in the high and the low, unlike others...
