Garlic Parmesan White Sauce
4 T. Butter
1/2 t. Salt
3 squirts minced bottled garlic
1/4 Cup Flour
2 Cups Milk
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Chicken Curry
1 Can Coconut Milk
1 T. plus 1/2 t. Curry Powder
1/4 t. salt or more to taste
1/4 t. finely ground Thai Seasoning (optional)
1 heaping cup Zucchini
1 Cup Peas
1 Cup Chicken
1 T. Cornstarch mixed in a little milk
Cajun Chicken Burgers
Fry Chicken in oil
Add Cajun Seasonings (1/4 t. oregano, 1/4 t. garlic powder, shake of cayenne, salt & pepper, 1/4 t. paprika
Shake in some Franks Red Hot Seasoning
Place Chicken on bun with all the fixings!

Chicken Burrito Bowls
Season Black beans following directions on video
Season chicken with taco seasoning
Make your bowls with all the great ingredients like on the video!
Chicken Soup
1 Box Chicken Broth
1 Cup diced onion
1 Cup diced celery
Chicken Bones with extra meat
1 Bay Leaf
Simmer and remove the bones taking off all meat
Add 1 Cup mixed vegetables
I added 1/2 Cup cooked rice and 1/2 cup egg noodles
Pizza
Spread crust with the garlic parmesan sauce and follow the video for all the amazing toppings!! So Yummy!
Pizza Crust
Soften 1 package or (2 1/4 t. yeast) in 1 1/2 Cups warm water and 1/2 teaspoon sugar until soft and foamy (about 5 min)
Mix Together:
4 Cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Add Yeast mixture and knead until smooth and elastic. Add more flour if you need to as you knead.
Let rest 15 minutes and then spread on pizza pan
ENJOY your yummy PIZZA!!!!!!
Chicken Bacon Wraps
Wrap the Tortilla with
Sliced Chicken, Cheese, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Ranch

One of my favorite go to easy meals my moms done for years with a rotisserie chicken is a simple sandwich. She does it with everything bagels toasted, mustard and mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and red or white onion depending on your preference. We like to use the produce from the garden, a couple leafs of basil goes great too.
