Learning about Model Train Scales and Scenes at the Texas City Museum , Texas. We will look at model train scales from G to N and we will see creative and fun scenes for each scale. I even get to see some dinosaurs and give a short geology lesson! what an amazing place! Please come visit and support this great place.

I have never been a train guy but I will admit the detail in those sets/landscapes are amazing. I am imagining this would be Sheldon Cooper's favorite place in Texas. 🙂

X) Thanks to the look at the line badges along the stairs, you shoved "Rock Island Line" into my brain as an earworm. Well done! The trainscapes were amazing. As you said, the sheer detail and creativity--! But I do wonder if the Superman thing was a conversation between the enthusiasts who built the models. Was there a track up on the ceiling for the one where Superman and the hot air baloon were flying around?
