Meet Maud Wagner, the first female American tattoo artist. In a time where women had so little rights, Maud really carved her own path...and looked cool as sh*t doing it.

This is so awesome! I actually am a tattoo artist in Texas. I haven't actually heard the story behind her. I see her (Maud) everywhere. I'm definitely thankful we have rotary machines instead of coil machines. I would also like to add that I definitely tattoo my loved ones but only to a certain degree. Even blood will take advantage of you. 😂 Edit: Bailey, I'd definitely tattoo you if you ever came to Texas. Just look up Black Pines Art Gallery. 😂

Bailey first off, this is my favorite post of yours ever. I cried when you described the tattoo rules of her not tattooing her daughter and not allowing Gus to either. Idk this is just the ultimate Bailey vid becus we know how truly, literally close to your heart this subject to your❤ Aite my first tatt I did an Okey Pokey i guess or what u called it. I was 16 and used a jar of India ink and some sewing needle I think, but I dud wrap thread around the tip I kniow that and it was very messy. It was a heart, upside down becus I looked at it from my angle lol I was 16 I wasnt thinking. It was in my thigh area so no one really sees it. Ok thank you Bailey absolutely touched my heart on this one❤❤Bravo to you girl❤❤
  • I haven’t done a Smokey eye in quite a while and I now have the urge to do so but it’s so late, this’ll be on my mind though till I do it 😅 You look so absolutely divine Bailey! Can’t wait to watch this episode tomorrow 🖤🖤🖤
