Brother Norm, I believe that is a cicada shedding its skin/shell. I believe that pretty yellow flower is a black-eye Susan variety. I have helped a snail off the road, too ~ I think that is your second one you've helped. Good for you! The wild morning glories are looking good! I don't know what the mystery flowers are, either! Boy, that mullen is really pretty ~ what a neat looking plant! I love the kitties, and pray they stay safe and sound ~ no fleas! Boy, if one gets in your house, you will be so miserable. I'll tell you how to get rid of them, but it is a slow process. I enjoyed the walk and your prayer to our Lord and Savior. Hallelujah! Amen!
