0:18 The customer wanted the oil pan removed to see how bad the damage was. There was engine damage and the vehicle required a new engine which the customer didn't get installed, and had the vehicle towed away.
0:32 Hopefully the customer gets new shocks/struts installed soon! The technician said the brakes barely worked so he quickly noticed how bouncy the car was and suggested to the customer to get new struts if possible.

0:48 The customer had one meat thermometer probe in a coolant hose and one in a charge air cooler hose (the customer thought the charge air cooler hose was a coolant hose). The coolant host with the probe in it had a leak.

1:42 The mechanic noticed all of this spit that looked fresh on the passenger side of this customer's car.
1:51 The Autozone battery was too big/tall and the positive terminal contacted the battery which caused a "thermal event" and the antenna wire and wiring harness behind the dash to get very hot.
2:04 None of the grease on the suspension bushings and other parts made any difference. As mentioned they are not sure what other shop apparently did this.

2:25 PT Cruiser. Hopefully, they get an engine air filter before they cause engine damage.
2:34 The technician told the customer to have the catalytic converters re-installed. They are not sure if the customer did that or not.
2:49 This mechanic was removing this coil spring to install it onto a new strut but didn't use the spring compressor properly and it managed to go through the ceiling/roof of his shop... Nobody was injured.

The Cybertruck one was pretty funny. I saw one on the interstate on Friday while driving with my family. My elderly mother exclaimed "That looks like a silver turd!"
