I love the segment of the boys painting the car! I painted a 61 Rambler station wagon with battleship grey because that was what we found in the storeroom. (I was in the army then.) We didn't have rollers or brushes so we used mops (also from the storeroom). We scraped the paint off the glass and chrome and lights with razor blades. It did not turn out that bad.

When rolling square, you have to have stress release. Some people get it warmed up before rolling to help it stretch and compress.

Paul, Sean and Jace are making things happen on the RAT BACK Willy's wagon. It's going to be awesome with all the upgrades he's doing. Power steering, AC, a brake pedal. Wow! Good video.

My Dad used to say, "if you're not making mistakes, your not working!" Tearing panels off inside, replace them with sheet metal or aluminum. Use old panels for pattern.

The Pack Rat is a good choice for the name because if that's an Overlander you'll be packing a lot of stuff in there to go camping

You have that fancy machine to build lines, what you need is fittings. Head over to your, and other salvage yards and start robbing all AC and hydraulic hoses. Get any that are cut or blown out, come back cut off the lines and store the fittings. then next time you'll have fittings to make lines!(Probably not!)
