Tap your bowl hard to pop air bubbles and use a point to pop the rest before setting. Melt chocolate to 45 celsius and cool by adding cold unmelted new chocolate to 32 to temper. Microwave is not a good idea for tempering at all

How long do you have to pour the chocolate into molds before it starts to get too hard? Your results were very nice.
