  • I've just learned how to use silicone molds and I've made chocolate and hard candies but I want to try to bacon them now
  • Could you do a video on 3d molded chocolate? I'm trying to do an Eiffel tower .it keeps breaking in the middle when trying to get them out. Also, any tips on melting white chocolate? Mine is always too thick. I usually try 50 to 70% power. The paraffin helps but makes the choc taste waxy . Thank you! I loved this video! Just enough detail!
  • The flower mold could you use almond bark in instead of fondant? I don’t like fondant!!

You don't need to spray silicone molds with cooking spray for gummy candies.
