Suzy has been overweight and self conscious her whole life. In the episode finale, Suzy achieves the goal she’s wanted the most in the last 9 months. Watch Ilya take Suzy through her journey to lose 45 pounds and complete her ultimate achievement. Suzy’s starting weight was 177lbs in October 2022 and she finishes at 132 lbs in August 2023.

I love how Ilya cares, loves, praises her for her accomplishments, comforts and supports her but he also gives it to her real when he knows she can take it and needs it. Definition of a good trainer

I actually think Suzy falling off the rails is a valuable thing to see. It's something those of us who can't afford a trainer know very well. It is almost empowering to see someone get back on track again. We bloody love you Suzy. Keep being real!

I’m so glad they included her “bad month” in this because we’re all human, and this journey is about changing long term habits. As someone who yo-yo’s with their weight, it highlights just how difficult it is to keep off weight you’ve lost in the past. Good job Suzy 👏 keep going

Ilya has a heart of gold. He stood by her when she was ready to give up, encouraged her over and over again and did everything with her. And Suzy. Suzy did incredible! Changing your mindset is the hardest thing to do and she freaking nailed it! ♥
