Honestly, this was so inspirational, as someone who really struggles with weight/self image/anxiety, seeing Health come out so strong, healthy, and happy makes me want to kick my ass into gear. Might not have an Ilya to keep me motivated, but I'll just have to keep coming back to this video.

What's even more beautiful than his transformation is Ilya's support. That's the genuine friendship and brotherhood the world needs more of. Amazing job to Heath for his transformation, to Ilya for this brand, and the team that made this video!

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

It still chokes me up on how hyped Ilya gets over his friends progression each time. He just keep’s his friends end goals in focus and keeps them dedicated the whole time, a friend everyone needs forsure❤️

Heath was so driven. There was nothing stopping him. It helps that Ilya does the work outs and runs with him. Instead of some trainers just tell you what to do, Ilya was there every step of the way. This motivates me so much. You guys are amazing!!!

This actually made me emotional because I've been watching Heath since the vine days and you could notice he was always holding some shit mentally and lately since he's been going on his fitness journey you can just tell mentally he is doing so much better. I can notice even on the podcasts he's been mentally doing so much better. Thank you Ilya for helping him through this but Heath! still thank yourself because you pushes yourself to limits you never thought you could and thank you Ilya for keeping him in check and motivated, love you all ❤

I dont usually comment on videos but this video resonated with me. When he was saying "Theres no one around and hes still sucking in his gut" bruh, them feels. I started my workout journey this morning and this video came up after my workout. Keep at it guys, its worth it.

Been waiting for this video. I’m 100% behind Xeela right now. The word “inspiration” just doesn’t cut it and justify how much this means to me and my journey. I’m truly excited to see where my life is gunna go. Loving yourself is the most important thing.

When Heath said that he was doing this I thought it would for sure be a two week thing and that would be it. It is INSANE how different he looks! Truly inspirational

Literally paused the video halfway through and went for a run. All these transformations are so inspiring and exactly the motivation I need. I know you won't see this Iliya but it would be so cool to have some people fly out and go on like a month bootcamp with you. I PERSONALLY would love that, as many others would too im sure.
