Yes, please do post that other chicken recipe that your Mum loved to make! You have no idea how many of your recipes I've been printing out and making....so far, lots of cookies and cheesecakes, but I'm going to be doing more cooking, as well....

I made this last night with provolone (I don't like swiss) and I added parmesan to the panko...my hubby and 2 sons went berserk! 5*** Best my husband has ever eaten. I make new recipes all the time, but the response from this one was amazing...it's a joy to cook when you get a response like that. Thanks John!

I like that you have a variety of foods on your channel. A lot of youtubers have all desserts, or mostly savory recipes with a few unique desserts. Nothing wrong with that, but... You have a good mix of tasty savory food and decadent desserts. Combined with your personality and style, it's the reason I keep coming back!

This is one of my favorite chicken dishes and my family goes nuts when I make it, mainly on holidays or special occasions. I usually mix panko crumbs with cornflake crumbs to give it a golden color and crispy texture. Always roll up a couple of extra ones to keep in the freezer for dinner for hubby and myself in the future. Never was successful at making a compatible sauce for it. Can’t wait to try your sauce recipe! Thanks John!
