It is easy to get over 40 grams of protein with this high protein breakfast tortilla. Below 400 calories and over 40 grams of protein for two large tortillas. Adding avocado, tomatoes and onion add tons of extra flavor for a complete satisfying breakfast.

1 slice light swiss cheese 50 calories per slice
2 slices black forest ham 30 calories

I donât understand your eating plan. It seems as if you care a great deal about health ( lots of information about grams of fat / protein etc)yet youâre eating known carcinogens. Your style is very nice but I donât understand your message or where you are coming from nutritionally.
