  • The best bit about this is seeing the difference in Jim, he is like a new man and even standing straighter. He is going to miss those guys the company and camaraderie have done wonders for him.

Jim, I heard you use the word 'stranger'. You're not a stranger any more. We've seen your character and your heart. You're a friend we haven't met in person yet and it's an honor to know you.

The fundraiser has just hit £70,000. Well done to everyone who has donated. Ben has secured the pro bono services of an architect. I can't wait to see the plans 👍

£70,000 raised for the amazing Jim and Jean! What a journey this has been, and what a journey it continues to be! You really do need to be heavily nominated for The Pride of Britain Award. You and your team are absolute superstars. We love you Jim! ❤❤

A message for Jim: To those of us in this community and have seen you over these past few videos, you are not a stranger. You've shown you have a gentle soul with a heart filled with nothing but kindness. That money is a gift. Through these videos, we can see that every penny is not being wasted and know it's going towards helping you. As a community, we may not have met you in person, but it has been an honour to have gotten to know you. The news doesn't show it much, but there's more kind people in this world than not, and we're al here for you.

It is phenomenal to see how generous people are. Jim and Jean are so deserving of this, but it's still just a beautiful thing to see. Thank you to everyone who could afford to donate, and chose to do so. It's just wonderful. And if you can't afford it, that's okay! - You are still helping Jim and Jean and this channel if you are liking the video and leaving a comment. 🙂

Just wanted to say ive just watched this video with tears in my eyes. My late wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer jan 2022 by August she was bed bound & we had a hospital bed in the living room. I slept downstairs on the sofa so i could be with her plus i was her main carer. By the end she didn't know who anyone was or what was happening. Watching the one you love suffer is the hardest thing in the world & time is precious. I lost my wife 23 December 2022 & that day i felt like my life ended. What you're trying to do by building an extension so they can be together is the most amazing thing anyone can do for them. I hope you achieve everything you want & more so the 2 of them can spend precious time together as thats the most important thing in life. You're a good man

So impressed by Jim being out there, every day, contributing what he can to the effort. I can see just how much he loves his yard and how sad he was that it got into such a state. He may feed you lunch, but you feed his heart with your company. Lovely to see Jim bloom like a flower!
