My team and I designed an impossible maze that traps scammers for days on end. They waste their own time while I sleep!

The most insane thing about this is that real customer service has somehow become so low quality that this feels realistic enough to not really set off any alarm bells.
  • @kingman186
Sometimes your anti-scamming schemes are borderline psychotic and it makes me realize how terrifying Kitboga would be if he were one of the bad guys.

The MORE time these scammers spend on your fake website, the LESS time they have preying on victims. YOU sir, are a HERO.

“So you want to do this right or do you want to go back to the gauntlet?” I’ve never heard a more frightening threat said so casually before
  • @UMCorian
I love how Kit has evolved over the years to find out the best way of making scammers go crazy is to treat them basically the same way Comcast treats their customers.

The "please tell us how we did" at the end of each heart-crushing call is the icing on the cake

I like that you're basically co-opting their strategies for justice. You lead them to a fake website, and made them make an account which you didn't use for password reuse attacks. You got their actual bitcoin wallet IDs from them, which you might even have the password to. And you just report the wallets. These guys are falling for their own tricks, in the funniest way possible. And you ended up getting put in touch directly with victims. It's beautiful.

Here's an idea if you plan to do this again: Take like 5 scammers at once and tell them that "due to time constraints" or some other corporate BS you'll have to address all their tickets at once, and watch them all scream over eachother.

“You guys are an idiot” absolutely killed me. Shoutout to you guys for doing this.

Small contribution just to say thank you for what you're doing to help protect the elderly and vulnerable. Consuming literal days of their time, genius. Still getting tears thinking about you helping that woman at the end. Keep up the honorable work and I love your content.

new kitboga video in 2040: “I made 100 scammers fight to death for a hologram of a dime”

The crazy thing about it is that the automated “customer support” tree is so realistic because it’s only slightly worse than real automated customer support services.
  • @Squidbush8563
The going from being on hold for an hour to talking to someone that immediately kicks you to someone else that isn't there and you only get their voicemail, then hangs up is an actual experience I've gone through a few times with legitimate customer support. You captured it pretty much perfectly.
  • @Rolf97
I say this in all sincerity: you are a GENIUS. Every aspect of that call tree is perfectly designed to be infuriating, and the "full mailbox" gimmick is just the cherry on top!

Kit has upgraded from baiting scammers to trolling scammers to straight-up psychologically torturing scammers, and I love it!

A close friend of mine took their own life because a scammer took a great amount of money from them. Some people have it already so hard, and to just have someone tip the scale even further for them is literally life-changing. Thank you for your work

"You guys are an idiot." This is my new favorite scammer trap. What a nightmare you have designed. 10/10

I don't have the words to properly describe how much I appreciate the work you and your team are doing. My grandma once got scammed out of an extremely large amount of money and spent the last year of her life absolutely devistated, ashamed and broken. Watching an 89 year old weep uncontrollably and moan with anguish broke my heart and still haunts me as the deepest sadness I've ever felt. I don't understand how scammers can live with themselves. Your content is extremely entertaining and you're helping people at the same time, I respect you guys so much. Thanks for fighting the good fight.
