Part 2 of a 5 part video series exposing the tech support scammers: Faremart Travels

When a scammer connected to my PC, I was able to reverse their connection and discover that they had CCTV. You're going to see the most detailed exposé of a tech support scam ever seen on YouTube. The company were called Faremart.com - A travel agency in Delhi who use their buildings and VOIP telephony to run various scams. They are one of hundreds of scam call centres in India and this one group will make over $3 million per year with scams.

I have shared this footage with BBC's Panorama. The link to their documentary is: [LINK AVAILABLE on 15/03/2020]. Preview:    • Spying On The Scammers | BBC Stories

"I am an Indian, I live in India, my office is in San Jose!" Dude just takes a 16 hour flight every time to go to work!

Scammer: i have control of your PC Jim: Oh, what a coincidence because I have full control of your company
  • @doiu92
"why does everyone around you have an indian accent?" "there is no." well, he's get you there.
  • @nananderson7259
"Name me a restaurant in San Jose" McDonald's was right there, man. Then again they wouldn't be scammers if they were smart.
  • Scammer: "I live in India" Jim: "oh so your not in San Jose" Scammer: "No I live in San Jose" 10/10 Acting.

This man makes hacking actually entertaining, I’d assume it’s a lot of boring stuff in between tho
  • Jim, I want a video, of you getting a scammer's facebook photos, and making it your desktop background, so when they remote into your PC, they see their own pictures. This needs to happen. The more of his own personal information he sees when he connects, the better. And when you have him on video, freaking out, you can tell him to Run.

I find it hard to imagine how people like this sleep at night. I struggle to sleep just worrying that my 80+ year old grandparents will be taken advantage of and ruined by a scammer like this
  • Jim not asking him to stop playing the Pacman while he's talking to him so that we could see the scammer's reaction to that was a missed opportunity. That would've been a YouTube gold. But I get it Jim didn't want to give away he's hacked into their cctv and watching them live, as that would have caused a massive reset of the whole camera circuit or even a complete switch off on their part. So I am super torn here, it would be awesome to see the scammer's reaction to that, on the other hand it would be utterly stupid to reveal yourself this way for that one-off cheap thrill! LOL!

Scammer: “Why would you live in your home?”
  • @rhondaewen1565
His voice is lowkey scary when he’s talking to the scammers. I bet he does a great job to stress them out
  • @Dethcloxy
Jim's voice when he's talking to fella about living in the office is genuinely frightening. I can't imagine dealing with that in person. 10/10 I love your content.
  • @Beth-pf6oo
I wanted Jim to say "you can go back to playing Pacman now" and have a close up of the scammer looking at the ctv camera in horror as Extreme Ways by Moby starts like in Bourne Identity 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Can one of these scam baiters PLEASE end a video like this?!?!?!
  • @maybezero2783
this dude travels from india to San Jose everyday for work, he's a legend
  • @fathima5209
Some requirements for a scammer : 1 No morals 2. Must be able to do accents 3. Must play pacman
  • @amorfatikhb
i've always wanted to see just how these places look like and operate, this is absolutely fascinating
  • @HeiBwitch
What amazes me is the fact the scammer kept answering Jim's nasty questions and the call lasted so long. I'm pretty sure that wouldn't go that way with a real hotline center.
