This video has been so helpful, along with the truck reviews. Up until Yukon, I swore up and down the single wide mud tires are the best. However, I started experimenting with the double wide off-road tires. And I must say, it brought a lot of my beginner trucks out of retirement. The 114sd with the best double wide off-road tires outperforms some of the Russian trucks with single wide mud tires, for example. I was left in disbelief. Keep up the hard work! 💯💪🏽

Legitimately the most informative helpful snowrunner video. Thanks for making it!
  • Excellent, well done. You're the first YouTube contributor who has actually used real life off road driving techniques & applied them to Snowrunner I spent a number of years driving ex Soviet military trucks (imported from Poland) as a perk working on farm estates where the owners collected off road vehicles of all shapes & sizes with around 200 acres as a very nasty playground for them I've being applying what i was taught in off road driving to SR from day one, just about the only time i use the winch is to recover then drag another truck to where it needs delivering to I haven't used a scout truck since Michigan to do any tasks of get watchtowers. I use a big Soviet 605/73210/64131, complete with 6 slot sideboard tri axle trailer, usually overloaded to do scouting & all in first person/cab view, using mirrors to hitch trailers & reversing trailers into delivery bays, have to hang out the side window at night as trailer marker lights not visible in mirrors (needs fixing by Devs)
  • Hey there. I picked up this game a week ago, fond myself struggling, yet loved the concept. I thank you for that viedo, as it has helped me a lot, and i believe that it will stay relevant for my playthrought. As such, i want to thank you for that. Your video is of great quality, and even thought you might not see the result of your work on it yourself, you have my gratitude.
  • @MilesFox92
This is the best video about mud grip and performance I've ever seen. Huge thanks to you and MaxPower <3
  • Been playing the game for well over a year now, thought I knew everything about it, hence why I've been playing it less and less over the past months. Yet you just opened my eyes on a LOT of great tire options and some very interesting mechanics in other videos of yours. Thanks for your great work! Edit: And yes, you might just have re-sparked my interest for the game as well :)

Не ожидал увидеть столь подробный и главное профессиональный разбор механики игры! Огромное удовольствие получил! СПАСИБО

This video is INCREDIBLE!! Thank you so much for the 6 months worth of work, thoroughly appreciated.
  • @vladvulcan
Using the currently available knowledge and increased play time, I can confirm that this video is still one of the best on the selected topic.
  • @AstralDragoon
I want to thank you particularly for the tire model recommendations. Starting this game after playing Mudrunner to 100%, I was not prepared for how vital the upgrade system would be to gameplay, and even on Michigan, I've been feeling very clueless. Hopefully, this gets me on track before I start to tackle tougher maps.

Wow! That seriously has be the best in-depth snowrunner video i have ever seen You've put a lot of effort into making this and it shows Great Job Nate
  • @fridayisgaming
That’s very interesting, all this time I have never equipped the OHD I tires on anything before, I’ve always used the UAD II. I’ll for sure give them a try. Thanks Nathan that was very informative. 🤘😬🤘
  • Yours & Max Power's collaboration paid off with a great video! Entertaining to watch & informative as well. I'll be sure to watch it a few times to make sure it all sinks in 😁
  • @lonesamurai5150
I've heard that the thinner tires is for low weight cars and trucks and they are good for going offroad in winter as they " Cutting through " snow
  • @stffnhs
Very informative and interesting video. As a beginner of this game, still only at the dam level, i learned a lot watching this. Thank you for the great work!
  • @Nil2none
This made me realize how much physics went into making this game. Its crazy amount of detail overlooked by people and my self when playing the game. Tires might be one of the most important factor on your truck
  • Thanks for the work, it's really nice to see you and Max Power's work with this matter!
  • @dvdkiwi
Thanks for this in depth information, always nice to learn new driving mechanics! I tend to use the big bloating Tayga tires most of the time, alternated by the double rear tires when Tayga tires are not an option. When I started this game over 350 hours ago I always thought bigger tires are better but after a while I realised more tires are usually the better option.

To be honest, the fact that OHSII is the best one in its cathegory is quite the surprise for me, because not only are they not in the mudtires senction, but also, as mentioned with the UODII tires, I always thought that the most aggresive pattern= best mud performance, since you cant trust the hilarious "recommendation" in the garage. Thats one of the things I dont get on why had they made this so stupid and why cant they put there the straight data. Anyway, I really apreciate your efforts and If you didnt lie, I will see the improvement myself, since I was , as mentioned, always choosing differentaly, most notable being the MHSI, as I thought those are the best ones. 😅
