Making Modelling Chocolate

You can make modelling chocolate using any chocolate with golden syrup, corn syrup or liquid glucose. Add colour with paste or gel food colouring.

I used:-
225g Sainsbury's Luxury Belgian White Chocolate
55ml (1/4 cup) Dr. Oetker liquid glucose
SUGARFLAIR - Spectral Paste Concentrate Colouring - Paprika/Flesh
