  • Just a helpful hint. Whenever I am storing fondant or I am waiting for the modeling chocolate to set up, I use my food saver. You will be amazed at how the use of a food saver will perfectly store fondant.

    I did 16 ounces of candy melts and 1/2 cup of corn syrup and it comes out sticky as I knead if from the fridge. What did I do wrong??
