    In pace of Parmesan cheese try bakers yeast a bit of ground sunflower seed a drop of vinegar and salt all ground in the blender. then in place of 2 spoons of lemon use one lemon juice and one vinegar.

I liked it👌 Appreciated ur sense of😄🧠humor woven in ur conversation during the recipe demo😄👏👏👏Good job👍 m proud of u👌👏👏👏looks like I will hv to make time to go thru all ur vdos for a good chuckle if not for anything else😄👍‼️ Used to recommend Pumpkin seeds & Walnuts to vegans, to include in their evening diet/snack for difficulty falling asleep as these seeds/nuts r one of the good sources of Tryptophan‼️ As a child growing up in India, we in our family, hv eaten all seeds, including bitter melon seeds😄‼️Nothing was wasted👍😝😄‼️ Personally I eat raw soaked seeds/nuts. Also make podis from raw soaked dried seeds/nuts for my 3rd genera family picky eaters😝😄‼️But I relish podis too👍😄‼️If I m short on time & want nutrition as well as flavor, "Podis" is my FAV go to substitute or my backup😄‼️ Keep those vdos coming👍😄Goodluck & God bless u🪷☀️

    Greetings from Bangalore. I make different varieties of chutney pudi but never thought of using good old pumpkin seeds in them....or substitute hard to find pine nuts with pumpkin seeds. Will make both these recipes, thanks to you. With the pudi I usually add some tamarind (also roasted) and some jaggery to balance all the other tastes. I would follow that with pumpkin seeds too. I hope that's alright. Thanks for this very interesting and informative video.

    Roast the coriander seeds first and then add cumin, because cumin easily splutters in min heat....not together
