People who I think deserve a raise are workers at an ice cream shop, you ask for a cone, and they STUFF THAT SHIT to the bottom. Like yes, you know what's up. It's so important.
  • I think the person that deserves a raise is the guy at 7/11 that gave me free water when I started coughing and said "Try not to die. We don't really have insurance."

I had one flight attendant who was a guy and when we landed he said "I'm gonna tell you exactly what my mom told me when I turned 21 after we land" and when we hit the ground and stopped moving he said "you guys wanna hear what she said??????? She said get your bags and GET OUT"

I'm a cashier at Target and I ask everyone if they want their gum with them or in the bag JUST because of this video.

There's this one guy at McDonald's who is always so happy and just smiles and makes your day while everyone else are depressed angsty teens
  • one time I was flying alone (I was 13) to visit my grandparents in Saskatoon (so like a 2 hour flight) and they put me on a really small plane with like 15 people on it and a flight attendant was this woman who looked around 22 and the whole time she made really bad puns and when she was going over safety rules, she said "there are four emergency exits on this plane so feel free to throw yourself out of one when you get tired of my puns ok enjoy your flight"

My dad goes to this place everyday for unsweetened tea. Low key they have told us that the only reason they have unsweet tea is because he comes through everyday. They also remember exactly how many sweeteners he needs per tea. They always wave and smile when they see my dad and mom. Those people are so cool tbh.

I had a crossing guard when I was in elementary school who worked right in front of my house because I live on a busy street and it's perpendicular to and about a block away from the elementary school. This crossing guard was named Bob, and he was the best. Every kid that walked across his street would get to the other side with a smile on their face. He was the brightest ray of sunshine. My whole family, as well as many other families in town, knew him by name and was very friendly with him. He was a sweet man and always made every kid laugh. He stayed this happy through my elementary school years as he battled cancer. He died toward the end of my fourth grade year (May-June 2012), just before I went to middle school. When I went to his services, I had to sit all the way in the back with my parents because every seat in the entire church was taken. It was touching to see how many people came to pay their respects to such a beautiful man. I firmly believe that he deserves a raise in heaven right now. He was a wonderful man and everyone fucking appreciated him.

My best friend is a bartender. This bitch knows EXACTLY what I want all the time and knows how much of what to put in the where and it's fucking perfect. Now, I thought she knew this because we're best friends, but as I observe her serving the rest of the bar, I realize that she does this for EVERY single one of the regulars. She always remembers the little "no ice" "tall glass" "in the can" nit-picky bullshit that people order even for the people who don't tip. Her bosses are misogynistic idiots, her coworkers talk lots of shit and she deals with drunk, unruly, disrespectful assholes nightly with a fucking smile on her face. Savannah, you deserve a fucking raise <3 XD
  • Bus drivers that let you on the bus, even if you don't have enough money! Like "fuck it just get on."

At the University I go to, there's a smoothie and frozen yogurt place. I go there basically every day, and every day Tiffany asks if I want a free sample of juice and once she gave me a free packet of protein powder. Tiffany deserves to make 99K a year for sure
  • Okay, so you said childhood bus drivers? HELL NO. For me at least. My bus driver was an ASS. We were always trying to get to the bus on time, and he always tried to skip our stop. Let’s call him Bob. When Bob saw my moms car rushing up our DIRT ROAD he wouldn’t even slow down for our stop. He would speed up. He was such a horrible guy! We would miss the bus like 3/5 of the time. Finally after a year he was fired. Apparently he tried to do that to all kids and the parents were sick of him.

my great aunt visited a gas station regularly and when she didn't go the gas station called her and when she didn't answer they called the police and she'd had a stroke.

Bus drivers really do deserve a raise. My high school bus driver was the sweetest. I once said I was thirsty and he gave me his can of frutopia left over from his lunch. He would (on a daily basis) give out small halloween sized chocolate bars to the kids even the douchebags that treated him like dirt. They threw things at him when he was driving. Threw things out the windows at cars and cause problems for him. Demand he give them more chocolate bars. Suck on and stick candies he gave them on other students backs. He deserved so much more & I sincerely hope he's doing better at this point.
