Dear Amazing Domestic Geek Family, I hope this message finds you all well and thriving. I wanted to take a moment to share some important news with you all. Over the past year, I've faced some significant challenges on the home front. Balancing the demands of raising two small children while managing chronic migraines has proven to be more challenging than I anticipated. Unfortunately, the toll on my health has led me to experience tremendous burnout, and after much reflection, I've had to make the difficult decision to pause my video production for the time being. I want to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible support you've shown me throughout this journey. Your kind words, encouragement, and enthusiasm for The Domestic Geek have been a constant source of inspiration for me. It truly warms my heart to know that my videos have brought joy and value to your lives. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and I am navigating these challenges with the well-being of my family as my top priority. I am taking this time to focus on my health and to be fully present for my little ones during these important years. While I may be stepping back from creating content for now, I want you to know that I am not saying goodbye. I hope to return to making videos when the time is right, and I am able to give you the quality content you deserve. In the meantime, I encourage you to explore the abundance of recipes available in The Domestic Geek archives here on YouTube and at thedomesticgeek.com/. Hopefully, you'll find tons of great ideas to keep you inspired and entertained while I'm on this hiatus. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the most incredible community. Your understanding and support mean the world to me, and I am truly blessed to have you as part of The Domestic Geek family. Wishing you all the best, and I hope to be back with you soon. Love always, Sara Lynn
  • Hi. I am severely disabled and confined to a Wheelchair, I have so much difficulties in making a wholesome dish that I can really appreciate and cook so easily....thanks to you, I've now found one....thank you so much....Craig
  • I like to sear the chicken (with a little bit of salt) first before adding it to the pot. Creates even more flavor.

You can substitute the sweet potatoes for the regular potatoes, they cook pretty fast as well. Great soup.

I needed a way to utilize my veggies that weren’t going to last much longer. This soup popped up as if from heaven lol! It was perfect. Thank you 😊

I just made your soup. I put kale and spinach chopped instead of broccoli and peas since I didn’t have it. It was absolutely delicious. I am excited my teenagers love it.
  • @vivian5969

My 2 weeks search on Instagram and YouTube for the perfect chicken soup ended here. Ingredients are exactly the same as what I had in mind (especially with the potatoes, most of the videos I've seen had rice, noodles or pasta). This is awesome. I'm definitely making dinner tonight.. Mrs O, you're in for a treat!
  • This soup look so delicious!! I will definitely be making this recipe!!!
  • @ysl6194
It looks so hearty and delicious. Thanks for sharing your recipe I'm gonna try this later.
  • @Fareclub
I will saute the chicken first separately and then add in to soup. Speaking of cold and flu, would add freshly squeezed juice of lemon!
  • @lindadoran6062
I made this, it looked so good. It was good. My celery was a little under cooked. I will make it again for sure. Easy to make too.
