RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 red onion.
Olive oil.
Fry the red onion over medium heat.
3 sticks of celery.
2 small carrots.
2 potatoes.
2 sweet potatoes.
Mix vegetables well.
Water 1.2 liters / 6 glasses.
Vegetable broth 1 liter / 5 cups.
Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
1 broccoli.
1 zucchini.
Cover and cook for 35 minutes until vegetables are tender.
While the soup is cooking, prepare the croutons!
3 slices of bread.
Olive oil.
Salt, Dried Garlic.
Italian herbs.
Fry until golden brown.
It turned out very tasty and fragrant croutons!
Vegetables are ready!
Grind until smooth.
salt, black pepper.
Cream 300 ml / 1 glass.
Mix well.
Place the saucepan on the stove for another 5 minutes to thicken the cream.
Vegetable soup is ready!

    I didn’t add bread or cream and didn’t blend it and ate it as a lunch ( sometimesI add lentils or hummus), breakfast one toast with slice of cheese, dinner either orange or grape fruit. I lost 6 kg in month . It is very delicious actually

  • Es war wunderschön! Ich habe das gesehen aus Mexico City. Ich habe Deutsch gelernt für ein Jahr, so, ich könnte nur ein bisschen verstehen mit kein Subtitels, aber nicht alles, genau. I’m gonna have to say this in English because my German isn’t good enough still, and I mean, in Mexico we would have just boiled the vegetables in the broth, but not mixed them, because this recipe you’re presenting is kinda more like a “vegetables cream” (in Spanish “crema de verduras”), rather than a soup, but the “Gemüßesahne” would still be a good choice, and even more with the Italian style you gave it! The only problem is that I don’t like Parmesan cheese 😅

    An die Suppe sollte man unbedingt noch Ingwer reiben, dadurch wird sie herzhafter Wer an Sodbrennen leidet, bitte nicht so viele Zwiebel verwenden, stattdessen mehr Lauch. Statt Sahne kann man auch Käse - Frischkäse, Reibekäse usw. nutzen, damit kann man auch den Geschmack variieren. Brokkoli und / oder Blumenkohl sind ebenfalls austauschbar. Das ist nicht nur eine Suppe zum Abnehmen, sie schmeckt auch lecker. Die Suppe kann man im fertigen Zustand auch mit einem Stampfer klein drücken, statt Rühr- oder Passiergerät zu nutzen. ( falls jemand die Geräte nicht parat hat ) Die Suppe ist dadurch dann noch minimal stückelig, was aber nicht nachteilig ist. Knoblauch gleich an die Suppe geben ( Wer sich das Weißbrot sparen will oder sollte ) Dies als Ergänzung/ Anmerkung aus gesundheitlicher Sicht. Die austauschbaren Produkte habe ich bewusst aufgeführt, damit Diabetiker, Menschen mit hohen Harnsäurewerten, Gichttendenz oder Sodbrennen die Suppe auch genießen können. Bitte keine Fertigprodukte hinzufügen, dann kippt der Effekt.
