A squeeze of 🍋 is not crazy!🤣 Hispanics squeeze limes in our soup. Most of us like it with a side of rice & slices of Avocado!

I grew up on my mom's chicken noodle soup, which is quite similar to yours but with star anise in the stock. It's absolutely gorgeous! Whenever I feel homesick, or need some serious tlc, all I have to do is smell some star anise and I feel better.

I am so excited to try this out. Soup is my ultimate comfort food. It will be the peak of summer, 100 degrees outside, and I will proudly be eating soup. I’ve tried your first chicken noodle soup recipe before, I think it was the second dish of yours that I tried. Your beef barley soup is also a frequently made dish for me. So good!
