I think your problem with "So Long, London" is that it's looking back. "You're Losing Me" was written in the present begging for him to stay and choose her. So long London is her saying she gave up. She doesn't care if he stays anymore because she already left.

i think in So Long London, its supposed to be something that feels like its building, but it never really reaches a big drop, because her relationship never reached what she wanted it to in the end
