Toyota Corolla 2016 S Wheel noise when spinning tire backward, and much less going forward.

When I back spin the back tire on my 2016 Toyota Corolla S I hear this high pitch sound, but I do not hear it when going forward. Does anyone know what may be causing this? Unfortunately, I cannot get the lock nut off cause I think my lock key is stripped or I would examine this further. Just curious if anyone knows what my issue is before I get price gouged at the local garage. My brakes are only 1 year old with about 10,000 Miles on them. Could they really be done already?
