It's been a minute since I showed my budget and how much I spend in a typical month - but, starting now, you'll see them every month! I'm walking you through my typical payday routine, from how much I make, how my money flows from our business bank account to my chequing account, investments and credit cards, and also exactly what I spent last month (aka July 2022). Then, you'll get a sneak peak into my upcoming expenses for this current month (hint: a hair cut!). Also, make sure you comment below and let me know what you want to hear more about in the next budgeting video.

Love these videos! And thank you for the transparency and honesty Steph! In regards to groceries, me and partner have cut our cost substantially lower to around 300-350 per person by doing a grocery run twice a month and then in in between we do stock up on essentials (produce and diary) from a local family owned shop that has very decent prices in downtown Toronto! It really helped us and its actually fun as well. If you have something similar around your neighborhood that might help as well

Most of it is pretty fair to be honest. At the end of the day, if you’re spending some money on yourself whether its eating out or maybe buying personal stuff, I feel it keeps you motivated and gives that sense of purpose to doing all this.
