  • I love almond cake. I made some slight changes & doubled the portions to have a bigger cake for the whole family: No sugar, was replaced by 1/2 cup honey. Added dried cranberries, 1 tsp of baking soda. If you want your cake to rise, make sure your white eggs are worked out like snow before folding them gently in the batter, don't grease the walls of your pan & put parchment paper at the bottom of the pan. That way, you'll have a beautiful & fluffy cake.

    I added Lakanto monkfruit sweetner, half a tsp of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of cream and 1 tablespoon of sour cream and a tsp vanilla essence. It was my keto treat and it was awesome. Thank you for such an easy recipe!

    3/4 cup Almond flour 1/4 cup sugar 1 tbsp vanilla essence or Almond Essence 2 tbsp milk (If batter is its too thick ) 2 tbsp sliced Almond 2 eggs

    I used Lankanto monkfruit sweetener, 1:1, and it was perfect. I used sliced strawberries on top, with coconut milk whip topping. Yum.

    I tried this by adding a teaspoon of baking powder and a little bit of shredded coconut. It turned out really soft and flavour full. Also I reduced the amount of sugar to half and instead added a little bit of maple syrup. I would definitely do this again. Only down side is that, the cake size is pretty small. But it would last as my tea time snack for a couple of days.

    This cake is the bomb!!! And super easy to make. My favorite part of baking the cake was fluffing up the egg whites, never knew egg whites could get like that. Thanks sooo much for sharing this tasty receipe🤗🤗🤗
