The fact that the meme before Grunty Boy’s rap was partially about Mikey not doing rap battles anymore was pretty funny.

I love how Mikey and Grunty Boi's relationship has gone from absolutely hating each other to being best friends

Wait, but what if the Nightsky thing is part of the lore? Like, when Nightsky!Mikey snapped and started being evil, taking his pokemon back from the customs agents, he found Nightsky and realized that would be a great name for his evil team, or like "You were named for a team meant to be evil, now yours will be the name of true evil nyahahahaha" or something.

Mikey does know we’re gonna now demand a grunty boi album for the rest of his life, right?

When bdsp came out and I found out it's barely different from original dp, I made the decision to play the game in german despite not speaking the language. Made the game infinitely more entertaining

The fact that drowzee’s German name sounds similar to “traumatic” just made me lose it, it’s so fitting and it’s hilarious Also I understand the feeling of having a Pokémon you love be in platinum then get cut from BDSP, I was so upset that Espeon wasn’t available until postgame without trades that I’m doing a psychic type run and bringing an Eevee into Shining Pearl just so I can use one on my team as my ace (hopefully Mew and Jirachi won’t have to be on the final team since they are too good and it would be boring)

3:32 Then again, it makes sense that Alola lacks a native regional mammal. Hawaii only has two endemic mammal species — the hoary bay and monk seal — and the state is heavily impacted by invasive species. It would make sense for two invasive Pokémon to be featured for it.
