    Thanx so much< That looks amazing! A decade and a half ago, that Tex Mex place, Chevys, used to make a Chili Queso. It wasn't as amazing as yours, but... They served Melted Cheese with Onions and Mushrooms in a little Cast Iron Pan with a pile of Freshly Made Tortillas. I remember when those tortillas were full of Lard when I was little. So good....
