16 oz low moisture mozzarella cheese
1 cup all purpose flour
2 liters oil for frying
1 cup italian bread crumbs
3 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
chopped parsley
Spinach Dip:
12 oz fresh spinach
1/2 diced onion
8 oz mozzarella
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsps butter
1 tbsp garlic
AP Seasoning
8 oz room temp cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
italian seasoning and smoked paprika
1/2 cup grated parm
chicken bouillon and red pepper flakes
Lemon Bae Buffalo Wings:
sectioned wings
AP and Lemon Bae seasoning
2 tbsps avocado oil
2-3 tbsps corn starch
oil for frying
2-3 tbsps butter
1 cup franks red hot
