My Native American family told me that back in the day that on the reservations people NEVER used twenties. It was seen as disrespectful to even give one to a Native American.

I'm Native American and not a lot of people know this sort of history behind Andrew Jackson. People are amazed when I tell them this information. Thanks for sharing it!

My favorite fact about him was that at his funeral they had to physically remove his pet parrot because it wouldn’t stop swearing at people 🤣🤣🤣

I will never forget how she described what Andrew Jackson looked like, "the glamour shot of the $20." She has such a way with words! Truly we had some unusual looking presidents.
