WE SHOCKED THE RESIDENTS! As We Started WITHOUT Their Permission..

2024-03-29に共有
We saw an alley in a right old state so we decided we would clear it! Brambles were spreading through the fences and causing damage.. as we started to clear the area we met the residents of the houses. Who were very grateful and explained to us that it was council land, so we went a step further and decided to replace the broken panels for them. I hope we can inspire others to look out for others.. you'll be surprised how far Kindness can ripple!

Send in your nominations.. Would you like to surprise an elderly relative or friend with a pressure washing transformation Or garden clearance/makeover? Then get in touch for more information.

Very grateful to be using Kress equipment.. they donated power tools to help us on the blessing!

  • Well well well! This was so last minute and got to meet some lovely people, it was a pleasure to help them! If you could do me a a solid a leave a comment it means a lot. Whats coming up.. well will have a video next week, then a livestream.. then the following week we should be kicking off Helping Barbara series. So stay tuned!
  • From the US here, I was so tickled by how sweet the woman was, and how generous with tea and sandwiches to show her appreciation. She warmed my heart!
  • @mawmawd627
The little hand with tea through the fence was adorable
  • These two gentlemen should be given Citizens of the Year award 🏆 🎉❤
  • @Deecula
That council should be ashamed of themselves!
  • @jonnavdpas
How sweet of you to help this kind lady with her ruined fences and making the alley useable again. You and your dad are a blessing to the world.
  • @mod2868
I'm from NYC so it amazes me to see people so kind and offering tea to people working not on their property. Here it's like "what can you do for me?" 😢
  • @ShansAtlantis
So the alley is the council’s responsibility but yet they’ve done nothing to keep it under control and now her fences are ruined because of the invasive nature of the brambles… but if someone ELSE has a responsibility not done, the council’s up their arse to get it done. Sad state of affairs. It’s the same double standard here… city can do no wrong but residents get fined for the stupidest things.

Absolutely priceless how that little hand came through the fence with tea and biscuits 👌 😍
  • @Wenchework
The council failed this lady misserebly glad you guys could help her she must be so relived to not have that stress on her
  • I think I say this every time - I hope someone nominates you both for a citizens award. You both deserve it
  • @michellenoden
We had the same situation, there is a piece of land at the back of our property just like that, all overgrown and we had to fight the council for over two years as they weren't taking responsibility for it. but once we realized that the boundary fence was attached to the deeds and presented them with it to prove it was their land, they got someone to clear the land and replace all the fencing. A lot of back and forth and we all came together as a neighborhood, and now they come out twice a year to keep it clear
  • What a sweet woman! Loved it when she handed you the tea and bisquits under the fence. 😃 So nice of you two to replace the fencing! I'm sure half way through the job, Paul was wishing he was back on the beach. 😎
  • If everyone got involved in their Community like you & your Dad Paul, we would all be in a better place. Cheers for both your Efforts

I am in Oklahoma, USA, and I ❤ watching your good works, especially so with the elderly disabled homeowners. When I was younger and more energetic, I carried trimming tools in the trunk of the car. Many times I just took time to help someone, sometimes a stranger, often a friend. It might be trimming a few branches or cutting back bushes to clear the sidewalk. 🎉🎉 O happy days, to see their joy. What was a little for me was a lot for them. So, I delight in your youthful energy, as well as Dad's. Your gifts are priceless, and counted in the heavenly realm. ❤❤❤

Love watching you and your dad. Glad you are keeping your dad busy so he keeps out of trouble. 😂 Always love watching the boys at the end❤️
  • I love it when the neighbors come out with tea and biscuits ❤ I am a London Brit living in the US and this makes me homesick for British kindness. You and your dad are “right up my alley”😂
  • Ben, you should really be very proud of yourself. Every job you do is done to perfection, even raking, blowing away leaves and sweeping away dirt. On top of it all when the day is done and you're "knackered" you still have to go and empty all those bags. Bravo to your dad too!! It's rare these days to see people so meticulous and committed to their jobs. God bless you ❤ Much love from South Africa

Every time I watch your videos, I marvel at what a truly wonderful human being you are and then I see your dad and realise that the apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree!! Your children are absolutely blessed to have such selfless, considerate and such amazing role models in their life…there’s hope for the future yet!! Keep doing you….its great being on this journey with you all. Xxx
